A collection of bizarre but true stories, apparently aimed at a younger reader, for the purpose of instruction. Examples include: "Account of a Moving Bog in the County of Galway," "Account of the Snakes of North America and of the Humming Bird," "Affecting Account of a Sale of Slaves," etc. Very nice original condition.
