Of 2000 copies printed, this is one of a small quantity of unnumbered office copies never sold by the publisher. We have several copies available. The slipcases were stored separately from the books, which were still sealed in the original carton from the binder, accounting for the pristine condition of the books and the slight wear to the slipcases which were stored in an open box.
