Privately published edition limited to 1000 copies, preceding the trade edition published by Little, Brown and usually seen signed by Nixon on the front endpaper. This edition was intended for a select group of government officials and opinion leaders in the United States and abroad. We have handled several copies of this title, one or two of which also included a brief letter from Nixon to a noted individual. This is one of the few copies we have seen that has been INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author rather than simply signed: "To Joe Fromm/with warm regards/from/Richard Nixon." Fine in a Very Good dustwrapper with a small tear at the bottom front and a few rather faint scratches. Item #010083
